Teacher Training Courses (TTC)
We run Yoga Alliance International–certified Yoga Teacher Training Courses in India (Rishikesh), Sri Lanka (near Kendy), and Cambodia (Phnom Penh), alongside yoga retreats in the same locations. Every program is fully hosted — classes, accommodation, meals, and excursions are all included in the package.

None at all. Our retreats welcome every level, and we design the experience so everyone feels comfortable joining in. We want everyone to feel welcome at our retreats.
Our 200-hour Teacher Training Course is open to every level — including complete beginners who simply want to learn more about yoga, deepen their own practice, or eventually teach. Some prior yoga experience helps, but it isn’t required.
Yes. Our 200-hour TTC is Yoga Alliance International certified (RYT200), so your certification is recognized worldwide and you can register to teach internationally once you graduate.

The subjects are the same for 100hr and 200hr TTCs, but the difference is that with 200hr TTC, we dive deeper into the philosophy, history of yoga, and also in alignment and asana practice.
The course runs 10 days for 100hr TTC and 19 days for 200hr TTC.
A typical day looks like this:
- Early morning meditation or pranayamas, kriya
- Asana practice
- Breakfast
- Philosophy or anatomy lecture
- Lunch & rest, self-study, revisions
- Afternoon asana practice
- Alignment / Teaching methodology / Workshop
- Mantra chanting or Yin yoga
- Dinner
We understand travel fatigue or illness happens. Attendance is required for certification, but we’ll work with you to make up missed content where possible — just let your program coordinator know as soon as you can.
Yes. The course is built to give you the confidence, technical knowledge, and hands-on teaching practice you need to lead your own classes on graduation.
Retreats
Our retreat packages are all-inclusive and cover:
Accommodation for the full duration
All meals (vegetarian)
Daily yoga & meditation sessions
Excursions and cultural activities
Airport transfers one way (please confirm specifics for your dates)
Not included: international flights, visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses, spa treatments/optional add-ons.
Meals are freshly prepared, vegetarian, and use local, seasonal ingredients. Some meals will be taken outside in veg restaurants to explore the Indian cuisine.

India: Ganga Aarti ceremony, cooking workshop, temple visits, an ayurvedic massage, exploring of a kirtan music festival …
Sri Lanka: Tea plantation tour, waterfall swim, spices tour …

Yes — solo travelers make up a large portion of our guests. Our retreats are a great way to meet like-minded people in a safe, supportive group setting.
Miscellaneous Questions
Accommodation style is confirmed per location and program — for example, private ensuite rooms, shared twin rooms, or riverfront styles. Room upgrades are typically available for an additional cost.
Programs are typically priced between $1000–$2,500 USD, depending on location, duration, and accommodation type. Contact us or check the specific program page for exact pricing.
Included: accommodation, veg meals, yoga/meditation sessions, and excursions as outlined per program.
Extra: flights, visa costs, travel insurance, personal spending, optional treatments (e.g., souvenirs, shopping, ayurvedic massage, spa add-ons).
You can book directly by contacting us. A deposit of 30% secures your spot, with the balance due 30 days before the program start date.
Deposits are always non-refundable.
Cancellations made 45 days before the start date, get full refund less the deposit (deposit is never refundable).
We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation.
When you willl contact us to start your booking, we will send you our full program policy and cancellation document for you to read and agree with.
No, as of today we do not arrange installment plans for both TTCs and retreats — therefore we are open to do it in the future. Reach out to us to discuss it.
Requirements vary by nationality — please check your country’s specific requirements well in advance. Most nationalities need an e-Visa, arranged in advance, or an ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization), or maybe a visa-on-arrival might be available for you. Please note that we are not responsible for applying for your visa, check it way ahead of time before traveling. Be aware that sometimes you might even need a transit visa, if you are not coming on a direct flight, please check it. We are always very happy to help if you need, do contact us if you have any questions.
1 one-way taxi is usually included, (from airport to the venue). It is usually scheduled for certain arrival windows – you’ll receive the details with your Travel Information in your pre-arrival welcome packet after you book.
Yes, we welcome numerous solo female travelers, and safety is our top concern. We offer only vetted accommodations, and our group activities and our staff on-ground support during your stay facilitate your safety.
A detailed packing list will be provided upon booking. However, generally speaking, you should bring comfortable clothing for yoga, a light jacket for evenings or chilly mornings, something dressy for the temple visits (long sleeves/covering shoulders and knees), a reusable water bottle, sunscreen, ear plugs, bug spray, and any personal medication.
Please let us know when booking. Many postures and activities are possible to adapt, we will make sure that the program is safe and possible for you.
These are usually available as an optional extra, for an additional fee.
